| The 2022 Bryant-Perkins-Lewis Reunion Committee wishes to thank all of the family members and friends who have already
registered and paid their reunion fees for the BPL 2022 Family Reunion to be held July 29-31, 2022 in Plainfield, Indiana. However, if you are planning to attend the reunion and haven't fully paid
your reunion registration fee, the following deadline dates apply so that the Committee can pay contractual deposits, setup fees, and ensure proper headcounts are provided to the banquet, picnic, and
other activity venues. |

| All accomplishments and acknowledgments must be submitted by March 1, 2022 |

| June 28, 2022 |
| All hotel rooms must be booked no later than June 28, 2022! On ( First come first served basis, the hotel is sold
out) |
|
| June 30, 2022 |
| All personal checks, bank drafts, certified checks, and money orders submitted through the mail must be postmarked no later than
June 30, 2022! |

| June 30, 2022 |
|
All electronic transactions made via Zelle, Cashapp, or Paypal must be transmitted no later than June 30,
2022!
